How do you remember the internship stage?
I remember wishing to be selected in the internship program and, when that happened, I tried to make the best of it. I was fascinated about the amount of knowledge I was facing, the software and the colleague’s professional attitude.
What has changed since then?
Today, after 6 years of working here, I feel like I am part of a family and I know now that with the right attitude and with an honest involvement in your everyday work, you can reach a high level of professional success.
After doing things at the right time and step by step, I am more responsible and confident and, together with my colleagues, I feel proud of many special projects and campaigns developed along these years.
What advice do you have for the internship applicants?
Have the courage to try! The everyday workflow, fresh news and updates will change you in both ways, professional and personal.
The joy to hear speaking about a campaign of your client is very fulfilling.
